# Upstream Attribution
This Windows release is based on the original [sk-ruban/notchi](https://github.com/sk-ruban/notchi) project.
The following parts are adapted from the upstream project:
- app concept
- mascot art and sprite animation
- state and emotion model names
This repository intentionally keeps the Windows port as a standalone Python application instead of the original macOS Swift/Xcode structure.
